1st Class Collision of Murrieta, Inc. would appreciate an opportunity to showcase our facility and to discuss the possibility of setting up a Direct Repair Relationship Program on our site. We feel our facility has the staff and equipment ensure a successful partnership.

·         Location:  We are located in Murrieta, CA. with easy access from interstate 15.  Our facility provides ample parking to our valued customers.

·         Cost Containment:  Our modern, secure and well-equipped facility affords us the ability to meet any type of collision, paint or body repair. Our qualified staff is geared to do the job right the first time and offer a lifetime warranty. We work well with all insurance companies because we understand the tough market place and everyone's concern with cost containment

·         Customer Satisfaction:  We fully understand that each customer and their expectations concerning auto body paint and repair are different. Our goal is to treat each person and their vehicle individually in an effort to meet their personal expectations. Total customer satisfaction is the goal with 1st Class Collision of Murrieta!

·         Our facility: Is one of the largest in the area with over 21,600 square feet of production area. We are currently repairing from 150-200 vehicles per month.  We can handle up to 300 automobiles a month with a storage lot to handle an additional 50. Owned and operated by the same owner since 2004.

·         Equipment and training: We have electronic estimating with Mitchell, ADP and CCC Estimating Systems. We use a full electronic management package (Mitchell ABS).  We have high speed internet and use internet claims handling solutions--Process Claims, eClaim Manager etc.. We are trained technicians working with the top of the line equipment to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship on every vehicle that leaves our facility, Our dependable office staff are well educated in dealing with DRP Programs and are eager to establish a business relationship.

·         Personnel: We currently have 3 estimators, 8 body techs, 2 painters, 3 helpers, 2 detailers and 1 manager, and 7 additional employees devoted to production.

Currently there are no other repair facilities in our market area that meets the same criteria as ours.
