About the Owner |

Bruce Newell has a lifetime of automotive service experience. Bruce grew up in the collision repair industry where his father and grandfather both owned facilities. To this day, however, what has driven the business is a passion for superior customer service and a commitment to quality and integrity. This passion is responsible for 1st Class Collision of Murrieta's long term consistency, quality and growth. Bruce established his won business in 1991 in North San Diego county, then started 1st Class Collision of Murrieta at the end of 2003. Bruce sold his interest in that shop and took his passion for customers and the industry by designing and building a new 21,600 square foot state of the art collision center from the ground up to the specifications of Newell which now processes anywhere from 150 to 200 jobs monthly. Twenty seven employees work for the company, 18 of them devoted to production. 1st Class Collision of Murrieta attracted DRP clients from the start, a testimony to its professionalism. Newell built lasting business relationships by leveraging his devotion to customer service and their commitment to integrity. Yes, he had the required equipment - which today includes a heated down-draft Blowtherm paint booth with dual prep stations, Pro Shot 3 phase resistance welding (to match factory welds), Mitchell and CCC computerized estimating systems, ABS Management system, Business Works (GAAP certified) accounting, video imaging, two Chief SR21 frame machines, Genesis and Velocity computerized measuring systems and a vacuum system to keep the production floor clean - but it was the way he treated people that made him distinct. Acknowledging the fact that today's consumer is likely to be in a hurry, all paperwork is ready when the customer walks through the door and placed at his or her immediate disposal.
